6 4 hours ago Full Job Description JOB SUMMARY Provide a wide variety of highly responsible warehouse/inventory support to Procurement team members with minimal supervision.
Work closely with Maintenance, Technical, Accounting and other Delaware Valley Refining Complex departments to assist Procurement team with requested tasks and follow through.
Confidentiality of selected information is critical and must be maintained at all times.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Generate SAP MRP reports, purchase replacement stock, monitor inventory levels and adjust max/min accordingly with proper approval.
Responsible for generating, updating purchase orders for storehouse stock and interfacing with suppliers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of pricing and lead times.
Must be able to recognize when computer feedback does not satisfy warehouse system requirements and take action accordingly.
Support and assist, as required, Purchasing, Accounting, Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering in SAP issues affecting requisition processes, purchase orders, and invoices.
Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies to assure proper workflow between warehouse, purchasing and accounts payable.
Work with Business Units, Warehouse Manager, and Maintenance Manager on additions/changes/deletions to inventory and ensure that systems are updated accordingly and are compliant with established procedure.
Conduct price analysis/bidding and implementation of corporate contract bids when applicable for warehouse stock.
Assist with inventory reduction initiatives and goals as requested by management Manage warehouse/vendor discrepancies such as but not limited to overages, shortages, and damage of inventoried items.
Track and provide quarterly metrics of inventory activities.
Create/Update SAP Info Records as required for the setup of material and material changes Receive feedback on services provided from suppliers and field customers.
Develop/Implement action plans to correct discrepancies.
Responsible for data input/analytical duties associated with cycle/physical counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure turnaround inventory material needs are expedited to meet field requirements Expedite storehouse materials as required.
Responsible for adhering to all safety rules and procedures as established by the company.
Assist on special projects as required by Warehouse Manager and Procurement Department.

Back fill for Warehouse Manager on as needed basis relating such responsibilities as vacation and turnaround.
Must have good leadership skills.
Run various reports in SAP to ensure materials are delivered, and PO's are closed in a timely fashion.
Order supplies for warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree (B.
S.
) in Business Administration, Finance, or other related discipline is preferred Two (2) plus years of procurement and/or warehouse/storehouse experience and/or related discipline is preferred Experience of 2
years of working in a refinery setting is preferred.
Must be proficient with basic computerized office systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to use SAP proficiently is a requirement Ability to direct workforce when necessary.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
